Was trying to add a couple of feeds to a feed reader and was getting an error about xmldocument not expected. The feeds were outputing as ATOM not RSS. Thanks to Catherine for working out my issue with her blog feed.
So to fix this added ?alt=rss to the end of the feed and all is happy
