I bought a JasJam earlier in the year…it had some problems and I got a new one. When they took my phone away from me i wasn’t given anytime to delete anything as I was told it didn’t matter as the phone would be destroyed.
Last night I got a phone call from Telstra saying that my old phone had become a “loan phone” and they noticed all my contacts, personal details etc were still in the phone, and would I like them removed from the phone! Well I think they only called cause the phone had a lock on it and they wanted the pin number. So I’m wondering how many people have used my old phone with my name, address, email, phone number on the startup screen. Not to mention the 100 or so contacts with phones, email, address, bday info etc.
